We commence with complete understanding of client requirement. That includes clients value system, business model, goals and culture. We recognize that, in-depth study of these parameters helps us identify appropriate candidate for a role.

Post client interaction we prepare a complete description of the role.

We apply a customized research to identify potential candidates. Based on the role we would decide on the right source and start approaching candidates. 

We apply careful and research oriented screening before we shortlist profiles who are most likely to be preferred by the client. We don't believe in sending many profiles for a role. 

All candidates are evaluated telephonically/ in person. Overseas candidates are interviewed through telephone or video conferencing. This ensures a high level of quality candidates being sent to our clients.

The few screened and shortlisted candidates are presented to the Client in a most structured way. We present the candidates experience with "Profile Summary" that is objectively oriented. This helps the client to get comprehensive summary of a profile. 

Once the short list of potential candidates is sent to the client, we undertake to arrange for the client - candidate meetings. We also assist in negotiating the candidate's compensation package and arrive at closure of the assignment.

Throughout the process we offer best in class facilitation between Client and Potential Candidates. From the receipt of mandate to candidate joining the company post selection.
